Return Process

  Contact our support team through the official portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and stylus pens to ensure full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend tracking your shipment for security.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
