Which countries do you ship to within Europe?
We ship to all European Union member states, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is the warranty policy for BOOX devices?
All BOOX devices purchased through our official Euro Shop come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This ensures your E-Ink tablet is protected against hardware failures under normal use.
Can I return my device if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. If the device has been opened, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do BOOX tablets support Google Play Store?
